English car theory, common questions

Is the CBR car theory exam available in English?+

Yes. The CBR offers the car theory exam (rijbewijs B) fully in English at every theory exam centre in the Netherlands. We prepare you specifically for the English version.

How long is the one-day English theory course?+

The classroom day runs from 09:00 to roughly 16:30 and is followed by the CBR theory exam in English the same day or the next morning. Everything in one go, theory in the morning, exam in the afternoon.

What is included in self-study with the On My Way app?+

Full English car theory book online, lots of official-style CBR practice exams in English, topic explanations (hazard perception, traffic rules, vehicle knowledge), weak-spot tracking and unlimited practice until you're ready.

Do I need to book driving lessons to take the theory course?+

No. The English theory course is available separately. Most students combine it with our English driving lessons, but you can also book theory only.
